Our approach of working with nature and not against nature is applied to the way we grow Mirogreens. Although there are very efficient ways to grow Microgreens in controlled environments with artificial light and grow mediums, we choose to use soil (our own developed organic compost) and sunlight. We believe that the nutirent density and quality of product that nature can co-create with us will always be far superior.
