Microgreens - Sunflower

A quick growing producer of delicious, nutrient dense baby leaves. The nutty flavour and firm, crisp mouthfeel makes a delicious additive to a salad, or any dish that could do with a last minute lift or a light garnish.
 
We sell our Microgreens in tubs and/or Trays. Purchasing a tray means that you have living plants to harvest from. All you need to do is harvest as needed and when your tray is finished, return and swap out for a new one,
 
Microgreens are basically densely grown seedlings that are cut at the cotyledon (seed leaf) stage.
