Microgreens - Asian Mix

A unique in-house blend of the most popular, life giving, Asian leaf vegetables: Tatsoi, Bokchoi, Mizuna, frilly leaf and spicy mustards.This blend will give you the best of all the Asian Leaf crops in a single blend. One of the best sources of B-complex vitamins, mustard sprouts are also exceptionally high in plant sterols. Some important cancer fighting plant sterols are brassicasterol, campesterol, sitosterol, avenasterol and stigmasterol.
 
We sell our Microgreens in tubs and/or Trays. Purchasing a tray means that you have living plants to harvest from. All you need to do is harvest as needed and when your tray is finished, return and swap out for a new one,
 
Microgreens are basically densely grown seedlings that are cut at the cotyledon (seed leaf) stage.
