Kale - Chou Moellier

Brassica oleracea acephala
A lovely hardy kale variety that just keeps on giving. Tastes a bit like a brassica blend of cabbage and brussels with a lovely crisp texture. Use the young leaves as a raw green veggie, steam it, boil it, juice it - there are just too many ways to enjoy this variety! It does not really matter. It's just an awesome crop to have in your winter garden.
